Okocim Brewery represents more than 170 years of impressive brewing heritage. On April 26, 1845, Jan Evangelist Goetz, established the company that was the beginning of the brewery. He adopted the principle of “The best of the best” – producing the best from the best available raw materials. Today, Okocim Brewery is not only the largest Carlsberg Group brewery in Poland, but also one of the largest and most modern Carlsberg Breweries in Europe.
The tradition of brewing in Sierpc dates back to the Middle Ages. Beers brewed in the area found their way to the courts of princes and were popular. The nineteenth century brought further development. Many local distilleries and breweries operated here, and the Sierpc lands became a symbol of high-end brewing. Kasztelan Brewery is a leader in the area of environmental protection. In 2016, at the Carlsberg Group's annual EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) meeting, it received the first award in the area of environmental sustainability in the Western Europe region (Environmental West Europe Winner).
Bosman Brewery is a place with almost 170 years of history. The first brew of beer was brewed here in 1848. In the brewhouse of the Szczecin Brewery, you can see the traditional shiny copper vats that remind you of the brewery's rich history, in which Bosman beer is still brewed today.
