History:
Książ beer is closely connected with the Lower Silesia region, renowned for its brewing traditions. It was inspired by an original recipe discovered in the cellars of Książ Castle, which has dominated the region since 1292. Today, the flavour of Książ beer is a tribute from our brewers to this rich and proud heritage.
